Zündapp is still in operation, but makes Honda structured 4-stroke motorcycles and power mopeds.Zündapp also had a new technical collaboration with Regal Enfield (India) to develop mopeds and motorcycles. A dedicated factory seemed to be built at Ranipet near Chennai inside the early 1980s to production small, lightweight two-stroke motorcycles to be offered along with their flagship Royal Enfield Round.
