Nissan name first found in 1930sIn 1928, Yoshisuke Aikawa founded the actual holding company Nihon Sangyo (日本産業 The japanese Industries or Nihon Industrial sectors). The name 'Nissan' originated during the 1930s as an abbreviation[14] used on the Tokyo stock current market for Nihon Sangyo. This company was the famous Nissan "Zaibatsu" including Tobata Casting and Hitachi.
